1. General
These terms govern the use of RIB boat rental services provided by Mikson BoatWays in the Gulf of Gdańsk.
An online booking constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed by Stripe.

2. Services
We offer bareboat charter (without skipper) for Motorboat Helmsman licence holders and skippered cruises.
Maximum guests on board: 3–4, per boat capacity and safety requirements.
3. Payments
Charter fees are collected online via Stripe in PLN. Prices on the website are gross prices.
A refundable PLN 400 deposit applies to bareboat charter only and is collected at boat handover — cash or card hold. It is not part of the Stripe payment.
Fuel: the boat is handed over with a full tank; consumption is settled at the marina on return.
4. Weather and cancellation
Cruises are conducted only in safe conditions (up to 4–5 Beaufort).
In case of adverse weather we offer rescheduling or a full refund of the online payment.
5. Renter obligations (bareboat)
The renter must present a valid Motorboat Helmsman licence and ID.
The renter is responsible for the boat and persons on board in accordance with applicable law.
6. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to rejsy@miksonboats.pl within 14 days of service completion.
We respond within 14 business days.
7. Final provisions
Polish law applies to matters not covered herein.
